How it all started
Our owner and primary caregiver, Lourdes, began her journey in senior care in 2017, helping her aunt care for residents in her Adult Family Home. What started as lending a helping hand quickly became a calling. Lourdes discovered how rewarding it was to build meaningful relationships with residents and provide the compassionate care they deserved.
Just one year later, Lourdes became the manager of the home, where she continued to grow her experience, leadership, and dedication to providing exceptional care. Over the years, she developed a deep understanding of what truly makes an Adult Family Home special—a place where residents feel respected, comfortable, and genuinely loved.
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience, Lourdes fulfilled her dream by opening Zion Adult Family Home in 2026. Her vision was to create more than just a care facility—it was to create a place that feels like home. At Zion, every resident is treated like family, enjoying personalized care, home-cooked meals, meaningful companionship, and a peaceful country setting where they can thrive.
Today, Lourdes and the Zion team are excited to welcome residents into a warm, caring environment where every day is filled with compassion, dignity, and purpose. Our goal is simple: to provide exceptional care while giving families the peace of mind they deserve.
